This publication produced by the magazine GENTE is a summary of the succession of events that took place in Argentina from 25 May 1973 to 24 March 1976, from General Agustin Lanusse's inauguration at the Casa Rosada to General Jorge Videla's coup d'état. Published just after the establishment of the dictatorship, the book is a careful analysis of the events that led the country to the repression of rights during these three years. From the Montoneros to the return of President Juan Domingo Perón to his homeland, from the Matanza de Ezeiza to the many kidnappings and the bloody 1 May of 1974. Furthermore, the death of Perón, the Lòpez Rega case to the governmental administration of Isabel Perón with a prologue to 24 March 1976, which, as the book concludes, ‘another book begins from here’.
