Thomas Billhardt was a great war reporter who took him to document the battles of Vietnam, Lebanon and Nicaragua. In this book there are not only images of the Sandinista uprising but also daily life, the lives of the peasants and the towns and villages where the fighting took place. An interesting part is found in the appendix where there is a political chronology of Nicaragua from 1500 to 1981, which is useful to understand how the events took place.
