This book was made by Lorenzo Allas De Beni as Graduation Thesis MA in Communication and Design for Publishing years 2021/2022 at ISIA of Urbino, Italy, supervisor: Mauro Bubbico.
Allas De Beni did a research on protest collection and made the first example of the genre, a study on the various types offered in the collection as well as a reflection on the argument. Starting from the study of essays that have proposed the photobook and photography as subject of study of this topic and through Luciano Zuccaccia's thematic collection. The thesis aims to investigate and show how the expressive languages of protest have evolved over time through these two mediums.
