We could call it a propaganda book about the activities of the Movimiento de Liberación Nacional - Tupamaros published by DINARP Direccion Nacional de Relaciones Publicas in Montevideo in three languages, Spanish, English and French, clearly for a foreign audience. On the cover is a photo of the four murdered Uruguayan soldiers in a military jeep. The booklet focuses on the composition of the organization, its ideologies and the weaponry seized from them, which denotes its terrorist character. One of the rare documents of subversive activities in Uruguay in the 1980s.
